Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole remix each other for Black Friday

Well, this was unexpected.

As we all know, Black Friday is about regular people turning on the news and seeing crazy people trampling  over each other in various stores around the world to grab thought out gifts for loved ones, work friends and the obligatory DVD box set for your boss, cause y’know, promotions ain’t gonna give themselves out.

Anyways. Friends and fellow rappers Kendrick Lamar and J.Cole tease yet another ‘almost’ in the constant rumours (hopes) that soon they will finally collab together on an album or EP a la Future and Drake’s one this year.

So, to commemorate this special time when grown men fight other grown men for Barbies, X-Boxes and whatever the hell kids are into these days, both artists have remixed each other’s well known songs from their most recent albums, J. Cole flipping Kendrick’s call to arms “Alright” off  this year’s “To Pimp A Butterfly”, and Lamar doing over Cole’s “A Tale of 2 Citiez” from last year’s “2014 Forest Hills Drive”.
