From Chicago Illinois, Nnamdi Ogbonnaya is an extremely talented multi-instrumentalist that is building bridges between experimentalism and Hip-Hop, a mind-melding somewhere between the De La Soul-esque flower power hip-hop of the late 80s, and the more recent acid trips the likes of Danny Brown and Flatbush Zombies.
Off his brand new album (dropped March 3rd) “Drool”, single ‘let gO Of my egO’ is a fantastically leftfield slice of hip-hop, with a colourful and creatively frantic video (which believe me is an awesome thing).
