After a lot of teasing on his Instagram with cryptic messages, we may be one step closer to a new Kendrick Lamar project after he dropped new track “The Heart Part 4”.
A two part track (a softer first half leads into an almost lyrically apocalyptic second) with a two part assault on the entire earth at one point:

Though we speculate that this track won’t be on the album, more a little taster to build hype, teasing within the song “Y’all got ’til April the 7th to get ya’ll shit together”.
Kendrick did this previously with “The Heart Part 3” where he name-checked October 22nd, the day “good kid, m.A.A.d city” came out.
Let’s see if lightning strikes twice on April 7th.
